Joanna Trail (Mark Twain) From Monroe City, take Hwy. J south 11 miles to Landing, turn west on Landing Lane one mile, turn south on Oakland Road, entering Spalding Recreation Boat Ramp Area. The trail is a point to point with three loops and five possible access points. Auxiliary trail attaches to campground and corral, available to registered campers at Frank Russell Recreation Area.
