• Club members Cheri and Kevin Messerli are having a Trail Rider Challenge on Saturday Oct. 16.  Here is a flyer with more info.

• Knipker Trail Ride outside of California is Sunday Oct. 17.  Ride starts at 2.  Potluck supper at 5.

Sho-Me Show Status as of 9-10-10 2:00pm

From Cheri of the Show Committee:

Kevin and I will make the final decision if we have a show or not no later than 8 a.m. tomorrow.  We are watching the weather very closely.  If we don't get rain tonight, we will take a look at the arena, we have a grader on stand by to blade the top layer off to the dry and work up the arena.  Below is a message I posted on the Sho-Me Circuit Facebook page.

Our Pizza Hut night for St. Jude was a success.  Thank you to everyone who participated.

Nic-Nac night for St. Jude is Tuesday, Sept. 7.  Nic-Nac will also donate 20% of the meal purchases to our St. Jude Trail Ride efforts.  Hope to see you there!

Sho Me Show Cancelled for today, Saturday 7-31-10 due to rain and mud in the arena.

The Rain Date is Saturday, September 11 starting at 1 o'clock.  Yes, you are right that is the same day as St. Judes Trail Ride.  We are unable to get the arena between now and October 2 for a rain date.  It'll be a busy day, but we'll make it work!!!  :-)

Day Ride - Sat., May 22nd, at Big Buffalo Creek Conservation Area.  Wet weather shouldn't be an issue there & this weekend is supposed to be rain free.
 
Big Buffalo Creek is over by Stover, MO.  Take 52 out of Stover to Hwy. FF, on the left.  At the end of FF (pavement ends), take the gravel to the right.  Plan to be ready to ride out about 10:00 in the morning.

Notice:  Saturday May 15 Horse Show is Cancelled!!

Even though the forecast for Saturday sounds perfect for a horse show, we have just had too much rain this week for the arena to be in any kind of condition to have a horse show.
